From the rustic decor to the delicious food, Grub Steak has remained a favorite tradition in Park City for over 40 years. Meet our head chef, Brian, the longest tenured chef in the state of Utah. He has delighted guests from around the world with his masterful cooking. His brother Gregg is our grill cook, and is known to grill up to 100 steaks to perfection at once. Nobody has grilled more steaks than him.
